My first job

From my own point of view: Creating a LinkedIn account in our time is not an option yet, but a necessity for everyone who wants a better life

Pros

LinkedIn allows you to create an account completely free
Available in Arabic
Linkedin allows you to see who visited your profile

Easily communicate from the phone on the LinkedIn application

It's a great solution, opportunity, and path for anyone who wants to improve their lives

Cons

One of the advantages of LinkedIn is that you can see the people who have opened your account, and this gives you an idea of the people who care about you and might be willing to offer you a job.
Unfortunately, this feature is limited in the free version.

LinkedIn is the best platform in social way and soon to best in freelancing

The perfect software which I am using, and hope it'll be the best for job seekers and job givers, many HR teams find in any way the best places. Soon the freelance market is also in LinkedIn

Pros

the amazing software in the current era, the best in social media and soon to be the best in freelancing. For job, LinkedIn is the best and easiest place to get the job in any domain

Cons

I think there is only one issue of the premium thing, mostly jb seekers didn't know how to look at their profile or who ll check it, most job seekers don't have much to get premium package otherwise everything is of class in LinkedIn software

Mostly leies on its social network.

It is the best professional social network solution, but their job board really need some work.

Pros

You might find job posts not published anywhere and if you have a robust professional network job opportunities can be managed efficiently.

Cons

In my experience, about 70% of jobs are recycled and no longer available, on the other hand 80% of the jobs redirect you to the company's place, and you need to input your personal information and job experience all over again.

The Best Place to Find a Job, Network and Career Development

Wonderful! My only recommendation is to add a feature that updates job applicants whenever a position is filled or taken off the job posting. I even started LinkedIn Learning which is AMAZING for career development.

Pros

I like how self-explanatory the software is. I've been using it for 5+ years and have even gotten a couple of jobs out of it! I like how LinkedIn is always added new features and making their product better everyday.

Cons

Something that I don't like (unrelated to software) is the postings of "cattle run" jobs. I've found a couple of positions on LinkedIn and gone to interviews that are obviously fraudulent businesses that are taking advantage of innocent people looking for work. I know this isn't a software issue exactly but more filtering of companies/positions that look fraudulent would be helpful.

LinkedIn Jobs will help you find a career easily

I would describe my overall experience as a simple way to apply to multiple jobs in the course of an hour. My experience was fun, because I didn't feel as though I had to put much effort into applying for jobs. One time I was able to apply to at least 25 jobs in one hour.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to use. I like the fact that, you're able to reach out to many different employees from companies that you are interested in.

Cons

I would say there needs to be more information surrounding the salary of the prefer job.
