It is very satisfactory. I have had up to four jobs through the LinkedIn platform. So I am very happy.
Pros
I am attracted to the job board on LinkedIn because they have outstanding opportunities there.
Cons
I do not like the fact that I have subscribe to their services before they can allow me to interact with employers.

On the fence with jobs
Pros
I enjoy that it is easy to post a role. The option to change description and my team can share the role easily.
Cons
It does not capture the best candidates, you need to refresh often unless you pay more money.
