LinkedIn Jobs is the LinkedIn app on steroids
The app does what it says, allowing the user to apply for jobs, see the statuses, and interact with the employers.

The LinkedIn Jobs integration is a very good addition to the LinkedIn app, where you’re able to track all the important informations related to job tracking, messages, applications, in one place.
Cons
The filters could be improved more, with more various additions.

Necessary for Job Searching
Pros
When I was applying for several jobs a day, the best feature about this software was being able to apply for the position using your Linkedin profile. I also liked how the premium feature allowed you to see how you stacked up against the other applicants through resume keywords. Linkedin Jobs was one of my most frequented job boards because it was so much easier to navigate compared to the other competitors.
Cons
I did not like how there was several job postings that were on the job board yet were already expired or had been filled by another applicant. It would also be great if it was easier to filter through duplicate job postings. There should also be a filter for remote jobs, since this is an extremely important benefit for a lot of applicants nowadays.

- Ease of adding a description for positions
- Ease of adding salary and other compensation information
- Ability to track applicants and their provided info
Cons
- Lack of formating for position description

Easy to use, helpful but be wise
Overall,I feel Linkedin is worth the time and a great place for professional networking and job searching.Once you have gotten comfortable with it and know how to weed out the bad and scammers,It has proven to be very beneficial for me and have given to meet and increase my social circle.
Pros
Linkedin is a good online site to get your résumé noticed and having a profile is a great idea, even if you are not actively searching for employment. It keeps you connected with current and former colleagues. One major plus is that you can get a free account, and importiant people use Linkeden and often look through applicants and résumé,so if your working your application is still there and the chance for your dream job is still within your reach because more and more employers are turning to standardized online applications and is more common these days,so it increases your chance to get hired.
Another plus for LinkedIn is, it offers you the tools to do research on the companies before you go for the interview. You can build up your resume's as time goes by and it's only a click away.Another Pro, is that having a lot of people using this site can work in your favor because you are able to reach out to people who work at the company you are interested in and join their groups relative to the field you are interested in.
Cons
As anything, there is a down side.Linkedin also has some disadvantages such as spamming,If you are using a free site scammers can send you messages that ask for personal information about you. There is also privacy concerns because your profile can be searched by anyone on the internet and commenting on your profle does happen.Another con is that not all employers post on Linkedin,so,if you use only that site you will miss out on the companies that use other job sites.Another con,Many people use Linkedin, and you have to keep your profile updated and dress it up to make sure you get noticed. The biggest problem with Linkedin is the lack of content and fake job postings
