Their team has continued to grow the platform and focus on ease of use. It integrates with all of our systems that we had previously in place (MailChimp, our CHMS, PCO, and more). This is huge for us\! They also provide great support. > > **Cons**: As with anything that's growing, you have 'bugs' that you find once the software has updated. This is not a big issue for me for a couple of reasons. 1) If you're working to continue improving and listening to your customer feedback, this is just a natural part of system upgrades. 2) The bugs are always resolved quickly. > > The team have been great to work with. They've offered the opportunity to pilot programs that I asked for early on (our specific CHMS being a big one). They have helped us grow our ministry and our communication with members and first-time guests. Beyond stellar. Planning Center Integration is essential for our church Continuous communication about the roadmap and upcoming changes. Bulk texting is extremely reliable. This is core of what Pastor's Line is and it does it well. Automated campaigns are very powerful. Promotional graphic templates very useful Willingness to listen to feedback on future features for the technical roadmap. > > **Cons**: The user interface is cluttered and confusing. Extremely hard to find things (especially for new users) I'm not a fan of the pricing model/pricing tiers (per credit/text charges) During PCO beta testing our database was lost/corrupted and contacts were lost. I'm ok with bugs/issues during beta testing but didn't appreciate the downplaying of a corrupted contact list. We had to put our deployment on hold until PCO exited beta. The mobile app is hard to use and very limited in functionality. Very hard to enroll team members due to bugs > > We use Pastor's Line to stay in touch with members.
