Aptos was very helpful in helping our business solve POS problems in a timely manner.
Pros
They are quick at responding whenever there is a problem. they are good with the customer service and try to help you take care of things as soon as possible. You can virtually call at any time.
Cons
Sometimes some of the issues that come up can take a little bit long to get taken care of. Also at time the system client facing side can shut down out of nowhere.

Some of the billing portions of this software are very difficult to use. Plus they have decided to discontinue this product and will no longer be giving support.

Their service has been improving but still requires some work. As a Saas customer, they do take care of our stores when it comes with support.

WMS WORKS GREAT
Implementation was great due to great customer support. They were very open to suggested modifications that help to enhance our performance. Several of our suggestions were added to the baser package.

I paid someone to import my database into Aptos. Totally unusable.
