> **Pros**: ePB is a very helpful, useful back office program that we use for our price book; implementing all types of cigarette beer candy sodas etc promotions; use for altria, RJR and ITG scan data rebates; checking daily sales of each store including lottery and over/shortages; and a new program called itsrealtime where we can get notified immediately of any voids, no-sales etc which is also very helpful and thats just some of the benefits we have using this program.

> **Cons**: we have not yet had an issue with ePB or Success Systems that we would consider big enough to consider it an issue whatsoever.
> 
> After using ePB and Success Systems services for 10 to 15 years, we would encourage anyone to use their product\!  All back office systems are an investment and we feel this was one of the single best investments we have made as a company\!

> **Pros**: It helps us easily update price changes.  It allows us to manage promotions.  It is a tremendous help to managing the accurate scanning of products in our stores

> **Cons**: I wish the interface with with MacBook Pro was a little cleaner, but its manageable.

> Overall very good.....I get very good customer service from them and they are continually reaching out to make sure I don't need anything else from them.

> **Pros**: Nothing no support all scam. Do not waste your money
> 
> **Cons**: no support once you pay them. Do not waste your money there are various other softwares now which perform much better. I have used other one at my other site and happy with them.

> Frustrating. They promise lot of things but deliver nothing. They will say you own the software and it is one time fee but you cannot do anything without their subscription.
Do not recommend none of the functions perform 100% and when you call them answer is they are working on it or blame on your computer or vendor system
