Do not regret migration~
Migration was an easy process and all my data transferred the way it was intended to. There is a learning curve transitioning from server-based because some of the terminology is different, but overall I am satisfied with the product on the Cloud.
Pros
I like the ability to have all ChiroTouch applications and functions on one webpage vs having to open different apps. I also love that I can access my software from anywhere I choose to.
Cons
The training process. Re-watching webinars. On-boarding team schedule availability.

Is very easy to use and seamless
I do insurance billing for 2 different chiropractors. When one of the offices got ChiroTouch I was amazed with the system, and started asking my other office to change software. My other office is now using ChiroTouch and I'm excided to see how it will simplify things and the errors that occurred with our other software.
Pros
I love that everything is connected, and that it is very user friendly. The support is amazing I have never had an issue with getting problems resolved. It is a rare occasion that I have to wait on hold for extended pierids of time to get help.
Cons
I cant think of any, I just love this software.

Don't walk, run from this product. It's too new/clunky.
Pretty poor. I cannot change the past, but if I could, I would not have switched and I would have explored other online EHR like Jane. Switching back to Schedulicity helped me stay in business. If I could do it over again, I would stay with the server, keep Schedulicity (soon to be Vagaro) and find a texting app for my office phone separate from this EHR. The idea seems great to have everything in one, but it's a bit too clunky and not user friendly for a bigger clinic. It may be good if there is just one practitioner.
Pros
I used Chirotouch server for about 8 years and found it to be great, except for I had to keep a server and would need to do notes in the office (or remote log in.) I do like the hot buttons and that I can do notes or schedule patients anywhere. Texting via computer or phone via CT engage is a great feature too.
Cons
Wow, where do I start? I have been in practice for 10 years and had a waitlist for myself and one other provider that had been here 5 years. Converting to the online scheduling system cost me $50k over 90 days. How? Patients who scheduled through my old app (Schedulicity) were not scheduling using the CT site! It was also (words from patients) "clunky" "confusing" and not user friendly. One day, because we did not know how to set up patient reminders yet, we had over half of our patients no-show because they did not get reminders like they were used to. I get that it's my responsibility to make sure these are set up correctly, but no one helps us go through each setting to make sure it was set up correctly. We also have 4 massage therapists and 4 chiropractors....the online scheduling does not allow for changing the order of provider. It's in alphabetical order! This really hurt morale because [sensitive content hidden] had most of the schedulings over [sensitive content hidden] . We did a work-around where we'd spell out "Doctor" or not put a period after "Dr" - this looked unprofessional. They also don't allow for photos of providers. We have two "[sensitive content hidden] and some people just do better with photos. It's also difficult for patients to schedule a massage and chiropractic visit back-to-back because of the steps they had to take to book one, accept the appointment, and then go back to the beginning to look for availability with another appointment. We switched back to Schedulicity and were back to waitlists within 10 days. With online invoice pay, we have had a few that just can't figure out how to log in. In addition, my biller and I were perplexed as to why we weren't getting paid. She was billing out all the charges I was posting within 3 days of posting. How could collections go from $60k in a month down to in the $20k? It turns out, I needed to sign my note in addition to posting. All in all, I would not recommend switching. The messaging system via CT Engage is also expensive for what it is. It looks like it was created via HTML in the 90's.

CT saved my practice!!
I absolutely love CT Cloud. It has been vital to allowing efficiency in completing my notes. I enjoy CT Intake as well. That saves a ton of time completing initial visit notes.
Pros
User friendly, easily customizable, and quick to complete daily notes with the SOAP format.
Cons
Sometimes hard to get ahold of customer service rep when time is crucial and the cost.
