You cannot easily change the address of an existing customer on the fly, the system assumes anything changed is a new customer, so you get multiple copies of the same customer in your address book. > > We finally solved all our ship manager issues by doing several things.. 1) we stopped daily pickups (weekly pickup charges are extremely expensive) 2) We started using XPS Ship for all shipments, this way we can easily compare USPS, Fedex and UPS all at the same time, and use the one that fits each shipment the best.
