MNprogram is designed to help businesses in medical, education, healthcare, legal and other industries streamline accounting, invoicing, sales and marketing operations. It enables managers to automate workflows, manage expenses, assign tasks to team members and generate expense reports in real-time. MNprogram allows professionals to capture and store business documents related to clients, suppliers and leads in a centralized repository. It offers a host of features including communication management, data synchronization, alerts, a drag-and-drop interface, database management, employee scheduling and more. it works if it fits your needs because they will not configure anything

it is very good for a company that need the tool as it is with no modification.

Pros

the price because it is cheaper, it includes accounting and leads tracking included automatically from the online form on the web.

Cons

the accounting period can not be edited, the form can not be edited the name or number of fields, then it is useless.

El compañero ideal

Todo el sistema de administración de empleados y clientes

Pros

Hoy en día poder disponer de un software totalmente adaptado a tu negocio y con un servicio de atención al cliente es crucial para todos aquellos negocios que dependemos de un CRM o ERP para mover nuestros servicios a diario.

Cons

La curva de aprendizaje, aunque es sencillo de manejar al tener tantas opciones los primeros dos meses vas descubriendo cosas a diario.

Excelente producto

El servicio de soporte es espectacular. Hablas directamente con una persona y no te cuelgan el teléfono hasta que tu problema se haya resuelto.

Pros

Lo completo que es. Tiene todo lo que necesitamos para trabajar, desde módulos genéricos como la agenda hasta módulos muy específicos esenciales para nuestro sector.

Otra cosa que me ha gustado es el módulo de RPA, nos ha permitido automatizar un montón de tareas y liberar tiempo para poder dedicarlo a atender mejor a nuestros clientes.

Cons

Es fundamental contar con el apoyo del equipo de puesta en marcha de MN. El producto es muy parametrizable, y aunque viene preparado para trabajar desde el primer día, sin la ayuda de nuestra asesora nos hubiésemos perdido características muy interesantes.

Estafadores

Pésima en nuestros 42 años que llevamos en el sector dental es el peor proveedor que hemos tenido. Pues nunca nos ha pasado que un proveedor no te preste el servicio contratado y se quede con el dinero

Pros

Nos cobraron el programa para instalarlo en un servidor que compramos según sus indicaciones, para el funcionamiento multi clínica y luego el programa no lo tenían preparado para ello y no nos devolvieron el dinero. Estuvimos con ellos peleando 3 meses sin ningún resultado.

Cons

Cuando nos lo instalaron no funcionaba y las personas del servicio de atención al cliente carecían de formación.
