Managed the Transitioning to Notion and It Improved Our Productivity
Notion helped us centralize project management, documentation, and knowledge base into a single place. Now we have a strong way of doing things and documenting the knowledge across teams.
Pros
Customizable databases and different views make it pretty easy to manage resources and documents. The new "projects" feature was something I had been looking forward to for months, and finally, we have it.
Cons
Some team members find it a bit difficult to start with. Getting the whole team to adapt using Notion took a while.
Reasons for Choosing Notion
Notion already had project management features. We moved all the projects from Asana to Notion and ended our Asana subscription.Switched From

Great product, but gets messy fast.
When set up well, Notion is great. But it does require a lot of maintenance and upkeep to stop it from becoming really messy.
Pros
The design of the software is excellent and the user interface is very pleasant. This makes it easy to use on a regular basis, which is essentially for a piece of software like this.
Cons
Notion can get too complicated too quickly, and they also pulled over $800 worth of credits on my account with no explanation or notice. That's what made me stop using the product in the end.

Notion for the win
Notion replaced our need for shared drive and google drive and allowed us to build out a good space of resources and knowledge for our org.
Pros
Notion does a great job of making a space collaborative to share knowledge, without it having to become a permissionless wild west.
Cons
It took me a bit to adjust to formatting it ie- embedding forms or other tabs.
