It does what it is intended to do as far as tracking and keeping up wit all of your inventory needs, and the standard reports are helpful. Additional reports can be added and built to suit, however they are cooked into the software, and not your typical crystal. Very responsive and quick transaction times. I was the project manager in the implementation. Having worked with other ERP suppliers on various other projects, the support team at ASC Trac software has been stellar in my experience. After dealing with other providers who look for opportunities to upsell or continue to bill for services, ASC Trac has integrity and shown flexibility in their support. They are quick to respond when I have an emergency support call/ticket. They have gone above and beyond to offer solutions and make a point to understand our business to construct acceptable solutions. Over the past fifteen years, the software has continued to improve and offer a competitive value. ASC Trac has invested in our Company and we have collaborated to find viable solutions for any issues that may have arisen. If these solutions required programming, ASC Trac worked to add this as part of the base program so there were not additional upgrading costs to the package due to the modifications. Consequently, this is a huge value added component as we were able to pay for the enhancement one time and stay on schedule with upgrades. If we encounter an issue with the software, ASC helps us identify if it is a programming bug or user issue. Overall, the Company has benefited from its relationship with ASC Trac. They are customer driven and provide solutions.
