> **Pros**: The program makes my job so much easier. This software stores so much data and credentials that when hiring you can easily access any records stored.

### "Good system, but you’ll hit walls if you actually push it" — 5.0/5

> **Pros**: AxisCare does the basics well. Scheduling is solid, EVV works, caregiver management is reliable. You can run an agency on it without duct taping 10 different systems together which matters.&#10;&#10;API is probably the strongest part. If you know what youre doing you can build around it and fix a lot of the gaps yourself. Reporting is decent too once you figure out how to pull what you actually need.

> **Cons**: It starts breaking down when things get real. Billing and EDI is where it gets messy. There’s not enough visibility into what’s actually happening at the claim level, especially with Medicaid. You end up exporting, checking, fixing outside the system, then pushing it back through. Not clean.&#10;&#10;UI is inconsistent right now. It feels like a mix of newer tools (honestly looks like some of it is AI-assisted) layered on top of the older system. The result is a split experience where nothing fully matches. You can tell different parts were built at different times and never really brought together.&#10;&#10;They’re pushing updates pretty fast, which is good in theory, but it also feels like features are getting released before they’re fully baked. That makes me a little cautious, especially around stability and data integrity.&#10;&#10;Support itself is actually solid. The issue isn’t support, it’s that the platform sometimes creates situations you need support for in the first place.&#10;&#10;If they are leaning into AI for development, security and validation needs to be taken seriously. That’s not something you can afford to get wrong in healthcare.

> It works. That’s the honest answer. We run the business on it every day and it holds up.&#10;But once you really start pushing it, you feel it. Billing gets messy, especially Medicaid, and you don’t always have a clear view of what’s actually happening. We end up double checking a lot outside the system just to be sure.&#10;They’re moving fast with updates, which is good, but it also feels like things are getting added on instead of fully cleaned up. The UI kind of shows that.&#10;So yeah, it works, but you’re going to have to put in extra effort if you want it dialed in. It’s not a set it and forget it system.

> **Pros**: The customer service is exceptional.  They have live agents in the United States that answer your call usually within 30 seconds.  Also, the sales team and onboarding team are great - they helped with multiple trainings for my team on the new system.  The price was great as well - much cheaper than our old system.  The VA billing team is amazing - they handle our billing entirely.  Integrations with our training and WOTC and payroll vendors are really helpful and work well.

> **Cons**: There's just a few little things, like the way the calendar displays overnight visits or visits longer than 24 hours.

> I'm happy with it - one of the main reasons I switched was a system reliability issues we had with our old platform.  AxisCare has had almost zero down time since we started using it two years ago.

> **Pros**: I love Axis Care due to the alerts that they give us, to be able to get things done in timely manners and not having to go searching for things that have been missed.

> **Cons**: I dislike that the hours don't always match the clock in and out times, it does make things alot harder when having to verify shifts you have to double work to make sure the times match
