Bitrix CRM
It was good. i use it every day as my CRM software.
It help me manage customer needs
Pros
First that it has a free version to try and understand before buy it.
Secondo, the fact that is a really good SaaS software, in just a minute you can deploy a CRM :)
Cons
Interface is a little too complex and colorfull.
it has few personalization option for me

Take a good look around before falling on Bitrix
I am forced to use it in my company, but basically we only use CRM and internal messaging. Other ERPs that I have studied and that I use for other projects are much more intuitive and immediate.
Pros
It's fair to say that in its free version it still has enough usable features.
Cons
The usability, the layout and graphics settings and, in general, the user experience that requires a very long learning curve. The entire platform system (colors, positions, fonts, notifications...) is baroque and the functions are not at all intuitive.

POV Review on Bitrix24
Generally, I like it only for the functions that I really use and need, but really, I feel the pricing is a rip-off.
Pros
Open Channels and messaging integrations with mostly all social media platforms and the website builder.
Cons
I don't like the fact that I am forced to take and pay for plans that I don't even need most of the features simply because they are not applicable to my business operations. I hope that we can be allowed to tailor fit our plans so I can only select the features that I need and what I really use. I feel like I am wasting the value of money I pay because there are lots of features that I really don't need and don't want to use. I also hope that the Forms can be as diverse and customizable just like CognitoForms which is what I use for customer orders, I can't use the Bitrix24 Forms because it doesn't have the kind of flexibility of CognitoForms. CognitoForms is far more superior in this area.

Bitrix as a user
I really like about Bitrix24 is at it brings everything together in one place.
we can have chat convesation with teammates can schedule meeting , we can even make our daily task and update there , what has been done at that day , it good for tracking . it has mobile access as well .
