> **Pros**: ease of use and data transfer.  The customer service staff when calling in is kind and does their best to help.  I also like the extensive reporting options

> Smooth transition from CSI.  Training with a CA representative should be a little bit longer at launch and having one dedicated person to out club would help when needing assistance.

> **Cons**: Very glitchy.  Recurrent appointments are difficult to create and recurrent same-client appointments on different days/times are not possible.  This makes the sessions booking task very cumbersome.

> Overall: glitchy and inconsistent.  Once sessions are all in, it is great.  Getting to that point is very time-consuming and cumbersome.

> **Cons**: Length contract; Cost; still some features that are not quite where we'd like them to be (e.g., waiver and contract signing in online membership sales portal)

> It was scary to switch from a member management software we had been with for nearly 20 years but we needed to streamline our processes, away from using one software for EFT/member management and another for program registrations. The integration of these two under Club Automation has greatly enhanced our member, and staff, experience. We are glad we took the chance on CA.
