Good but not great yet. Needs some AI improvement
Overall, it's satisfying to see that it is working to our needs but I think a spreadsheet can do many of what it can do so I think it needs to evolve.
Pros
It was a great place to have all in 1 storage of data/dashboard/updates for my team.
Cons
I think it act's more like a spreadsheet with add ons to it but It does need to make it more interesting and needs a bit of AI

Monday.com honest review as a new user.
Since the transition from Zendesk to Monday.com, it doesn't really feel like major thing changes aside from round robin because it is really to use and very similar flow of process & design was made by the apps manager. There is just some minor feature that Monday.com is lacking but hopefully I'm wrong because I don't really know if it's the manager of the platform who can't utilize it yet or its already the way it is.
Pros
Our department started to use this web base platform due to friendly feature it has and low-cost charges according to our leaders. It's also very easy to adjust the design and troubleshoot some minor issues without reaching out to IT department in contrast to the old platform we used to have.
Cons
I'm not quite certain if it's doable on the side of admin or just the apps lacking this feature but I'm looking forward that this platform any time soon will have a round robin thing so that we don't have to assigned the task manually to each user. No sound in notification.

Very flexible but also very confusing.
As a developer, it can be useful to keep track of tickets and know which ticket I'm assigned to. Easy to add comments and attachements.
But it definitely take time to get used to the platform, specially if you move from a different one like JIRA which has a simpler UI. Monday does have some great potential.
Pros
Can setup automations, like, when a status for a particular ticket is changed, it can be moved to a different sections. And others.
Cons
Can be confusing at first, there's lots of options and menus everywhere. Can easily get lost trying to find a ticket, specially if there are multiple sections/categories.

monday.com is a game-changer at productivity and organization
It's a blast a keeping myself organized with monday.com. I don't know how I survived without it before. I am significantly more organized and have way less stress trying to keep track of what needs done with which projects.
Pros
I love how easy it is to organize my projects and their tasks using monday.com. I can set request date, due dates, start and end dates. There's a ton of customizability!
Cons
Their automations are a tease. When you first set up a free account they let you use automations for a couple weeks, and then turn them off. You have to have a paid account to use any automations. Even if a two or three automations were available to a free account would be nice.

Seamless and quick work integration. Moved from Asana to Monday.com and loving it.
I previously used Asana but did not like their paid tier after your free trial is over. Monday.com also is better because you do not need to provide credit card information.
Pros
Easy to setup. The onboarding process is quick and seamless!
Cons
Overall, I really enjoyed the product much better than competitors like Asana and Trello.
