If the out of the box product is not what we need it can be easily customized for our use with many features. The ability to increase user licenses if needed, is important for our increased usage of HQMS. I have used this product at two different employers. One was a custom version and the other was the commercial version. Both versions worked outstandingly well. Any questions we had were quickly and completely addressed. The tool is very powerful and can meet all QMS needs and makes compliance and auditing a breeze, because it is all in the tool. The company cares about its clients and will follow through with check ups to make sure they are meeting the needs of their customers.
