For each section of our proces we had a seperate XL sheet. We hade an XL sheet for our clientdatabase, one for the agreement itself, one for accountancy, one for damage report, one for maintenance, one for the planning,... So for every aspect for the car rental business we had an XL Sheet. With Fleetmaster we have now ONE online tool which we can manage all our business in one tool and the most important of all we have a very good BI tool. With correct analysis we can make the necessary steps to make changes if needed. This is the operational part. We also needed to built an API with our bookkeeping systems and als here we have find a very quick solution.
