FreshBook Review.
FreshBooks is the best accounting software hands down. QuickBooks and any other platforms can not compare. There platform keeps your accounts connected not like QuickBooks.
Pros
The platform is super user friendly, easy to teach and the reports are amazing.
Cons
Pricing is the only thing but I feel that it is worth it compared to a lot of other platforms.
Reasons for Choosing FreshBooks
QuickBooks cost was higher and the accounts will never stay connected on Quickbooks and I always had to call Quickbooks and it will work for a few days and disconnect. This was a never ending cycle.Switched From

Great for Small Businesses, with a Few Minor Flaws
FreshBooks has streamlined my invoicing process significantly, reducing the time I spend on administrative tasks and giving me more time to focus on my work. While it’s not perfect, the platform offers a robust set of features that cater well to small businesses and freelancers. The occasional limitations are outweighed by the convenience and time savings it provides.
Pros
FreshBooks has an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy to create and send invoices in just a few clicks. The automated payment reminders are a lifesaver, and the ability to accept online payments directly through the platform is a huge time-saver. The mobile app is also well-designed, allowing me to manage invoices and expenses on the go.
Cons
The pricing structure could be more flexible, especially for small businesses or freelancers with only a few clients. Some advanced reporting features are only available in the higher-tier plans, which might not justify the cost for all users. Additionally, I’ve experienced minor delays in customer support response times.

Fresh books the good and the bad
FreshBooks is a great solution for small businesses seeking easy invoicing and expense management, though more advanced features and competitive pricing would make it even better.
Pros
FreshBooks is excellent for managing invoicing and expenses, with its intuitive interface and time-tracking tools that simplify billing. I especially appreciate the automated payment reminders and the ability to accept online payments easily.
Cons
However, its reporting features feel limited, and it can get pricey as your business grows. Some features, like project management, aren’t as robust as dedicated tools.

Intuitive report customization tools and data integration capabilities
The software's user friendly interface and powerful reporting tools have cut down my time spent on report generation to only allowing me to spend more time on in depth analysis. Since FreshBooks operates in the cloud, I can access and update reports from anywhere; which has come in really handy for remote work situations.
Pros
Through the software, I can design visually pleasing credit risk reports in which complicated data can be communicated effectively across management. The advantage of being able to assign a report automatically to be updated with the latest relevant financial data means our risk assessments are always based on up-to-date information, which is such a necessity these days in the very fast progressing world of corporate.
Cons
FreshBooks is great at what it does, and although it has a number of advanced predictive analytics tools, it’s missing tools designed specifically for risk analysis. Machine learning algorithms to find possible risk factors with historical data patterns will make their utility for our team much more precious.

Great Product but needs more key Accouting Features
I had it for a few months to test it against other software that I was using but found it useful and friendly with the UI but it wasn't very convincing to be used as a accounting software compare to a quickbook
Pros
I was using Freshbooks to maintain my accounting, invoices and also do estimates with client work.
Cons
The product was very focus on invoicing, tracking estimates not so much as a full stack accounting software
