It encouraged folks to leave reviews and even though they were only on the platform, people thought they were Yelp reviews and I was killin' it. I looked for alternatives and found Genbook's competitors offered HIPAA compliant SOAP notes, SEO optimization, etc. All things I didn't know were available—at a lower price. MassageBook has now raised their rates to be the same as Genbook was when I left, but for the increase in visibility and business, I'm happy to pay it\! > > At first it was great.
