> **Pros**: Very flexible and very intuitive.  Requires little ramp time for training or launching new customers.  Cloud based so there is no hardware investment and maintenance or upgrade expenses.

> **Cons**: So flexible that many users believe it can do anything and since it has a simple shopping cart functionality everybody assumes it can be used for public consumer use when it is intended for b2b established group users.
> 
> In my 30 years in this industry, focused on new technologies that differentiate, I have never seen a more effective and malleable solution.  No two customers of ours are using this solution the same way as it is easily tailored to each of their unique needs.  This solution is used by 6 of our top 10 revenue customers and all of those are profit leading accounts due to pricing driven by value recognized by the customers.

> **Pros**: There are a great number of features on Propago and continue to grow as they enhance their offerings. My favorite feature is probably Public Offers as it can collect orders for a large group order we do regularly for our customers.

> **Cons**: Some features can be enhanced more, but Propago seems to be working on updating most, so no big complaints here.

> Been working with Propago for about 8 years and the company has made many updates to the platform. Their help ticket system is great when you are stuck on any project, they respond with corrections and notes on how to get to the solution. Overall a great company to work with.

> **Cons**: The need to print paperwork manually - unit placards after receipt, orders.  Limitations in consolidation zones.

> It works ok for what we're using it for (1 customer), but a bit limited.  Not as robust as the software we use for the rest of our customers.

> **Pros**: I liked that it is very convenient to look at the photos of all of the SKUs from the portal, and that it is very easy to change the SKU from one system to the other. I like that I can review all of the different orders and their status's as well.

> **Cons**: I don't like that when I have to return an order using the calendar feature, I need to make sure that I do a 2-step "close" and "complete" so that it reflects in the system. I also don't like that when using the calendar feature, I am unable to change the date when I need to, and that I have to reach out to do that, when I prefer to do it on my own when customers request it.

> I believe that my overall experience with propago has been positive. I love that they can store ALL of the different portals and set ups for all of the different clients we have. I love that it can be used as a resource to see multiple sides of the site, both perspectives from the customer set up, and the admit set up. However, I am unable to do everything that I want independently. Such as the calendar feature. If I wanted to change the dates of when they wanted to check out an item, I was really hoping that I can do it myself instead of reaching out, or taking the item out of service. Basically, I need to find a work around when I would rather do it on my own and make it more simple. Overall, I have had a positive experience with using this site.
