I like that I can review all of the different orders and their status's as well. > > **Cons**: I don't like that when I have to return an order using the calendar feature, I need to make sure that I do a 2-step "close" and "complete" so that it reflects in the system. I also don't like that when using the calendar feature, I am unable to change the date when I need to, and that I have to reach out to do that, when I prefer to do it on my own when customers request it. > > I believe that my overall experience with propago has been positive. I love that they can store ALL of the different portals and set ups for all of the different clients we have. I love that it can be used as a resource to see multiple sides of the site, both perspectives from the customer set up, and the admit set up. However, I am unable to do everything that I want independently. Such as the calendar feature. If I wanted to change the dates of when they wanted to check out an item, I was really hoping that I can do it myself instead of reaching out, or taking the item out of service. Basically, I need to find a work around when I would rather do it on my own and make it more simple.
