Other than the dash board (which is excellent) you have to get information out of the system by using excel and writing specific reports. Even if there was a caned report; type status and date report by date range that you could flip over into excel would greatly enhance the program. as well the print option does not provide a very profession looking document and there are no attachments. In my experience with other incident software providers I have been involved with quarterly meetings/conference calls; where enhancements, issues, successes etc. concerns would be discussed. > > Instant communications from site to site and instant trending through out dashboard.
