OmniPCX Office RCE offers unified communications and collaboration functionality for small to midsize businesses via desktop and off-site mobility applications. Users can dial out from mobile devices using their work numbers and access business telephony services while away from the office.


The communications server enables skills-based call routing with a call-waiting queue and screen pop-ups containing customer information.


OmniPCX Office RCE also integrates with many third-party customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.

The phones are very reliable and depending the model, with many options and configurations.

> **Cons**: The license strategy is very old fashion, you must pay for everything.
To use it remotely you'll need a VPN so it's not an option today with mny people working from home.
It's very difficult to configure and to manage.

> It was a great PBX but, with remote workers, it's not an option anymore.
It's true that is not expensive, but you must pay for everything you want, each extension, each meeting room, almost each functionality...
