Viber is a web and mobile-based communication solution, which enables businesses of all sizes to connect with clients and run promotional campaigns via one-to-one chats, video calls and text messages.
The application lets professionals run advertisements, convert leads and process payments. Brands can use Viber community feature to manage and interact with multiple members simultaneously, publish links to invite new users, control admin or member privileges and customize the community's image or description. Essential app for business with proper sequrity
As a free communication tools, quality of Viber is very higher than other software.
Calling , chatting feature is very updated and easy to use. Besides we feel quality of communication during calls is loud and clear.
We can make a group and follow up activities easily in Viber.
Pros
For personal and professional use , Viber is a interesting tool, I can easily communicate with co worker and share files and do conversation with maximum privacy.
For considering friends who stays abroad ,normally I use Viber to contact them, it came free for me.
Quality of video and audio call most of the time is very good.
Cons
Right now I don't have any complain about it, most of the problem they continuously updating, last time we face bad network during calling, but last couple of month , I didn't experience it.

Viber is secure and high quality Video Call
I have over 5 years experience with viber.
Pros
Viber is high quality video call to other viber user and very secure.
Cons
If you don't use wifi or you use mobile data, you can cost for high quality video call.

Honest review about Viber.
I would say Viber is an underrated or unappreciated apps in my country but starting to boom due to strategy like getting the code from this apps instead of SMS when phone number is already a user. We are also using this as company engagement communication.
Pros
It's free, safe, and easy to use. Quality of date such as photos and videos aren't affected upon sending to other user.
Cons
I personally experience back up photos isn't functioning properly. Not so popular to my country compare to messenger, maybe because Facebook is already popular but I hope Viber can outclass messenger by upgrading its feature in terms of upload and download speeds.

My primary messaging app
It’s actually very good. I use it everyday and as my primary messaging app.
Pros
It’s used by a lot of people from my country. It has good features, like stickers, replying to specific persons, heart and other reactions, share and upload photos and files.
Cons
It removes certain files after some time; it’s not as user western countries.

Viber is Very Good in Multi Platform Support

Pros
Viber is very good at multi platform support. Such as android, ios, windows, mac.
Cons
Some poor network area, Viber can lag a little bit.
