> **Pros**: Works great - backed by personable, knowledgable, reachable support. Of course, the QBO integration. Workflows are intuitive enough.

> **Cons**: Took a while to get terminology down (what they call 'credits' for example). The costs for each person being measured are reasonable considering the report and dashboard access that they have. It can add up though, if using the reduced aspect of no dashboard, but wanting to capture, say 20 different types of revenue. There is probably another way to slice that though.

> Found that it is very powerful and never fully used all of its functionality for my small operation but the integration with QBO was so helpful. That's the product. The team behind it really made it feel valuable as they continued to look for ways to automate things to help get info into our out of the system.
