About TeamUp

TeamUp is a club management software designed to help fitness studios, personal trainers and gyms manage administrative operations related to online classes, payment collection, memberships and more. Businesses can use TeamUp's dashboard to customize membership plans, schedule upcoming classes or workshops, create recurring timeslots and track participants' attendance on a centralized platform. It provides mobile applications for iOS and Android devices, which can be utilized by customers to register for new classes and receive automated notifications about waitlist status. Additionally, the product collects payment through credit/debit cards or in-person transactions. TeamUp facilitates integration with various third-party applications. Great scheduling software solution

Pros

We use this on a daily basis in 7 locations to schedule our patients, schedule our drivers' routes, and track the foot traffic into our stores.

Cons

Only able to have 8 calendars. We have been able to make it work but we would have liked 10-12 caledars available to view on one screen.

Can’t recommend it more

Really good. Really pleased I moved over from Virtuagym. The customer service is exceptional and the price is really competitive too for a great product.

Pros

It’s just really easy to use and intuitive. It feels like it has been designed by a fitness professional who actually uses it

Cons

Nothing yet. It would be nice if I could have a separate calendar for staff to add their availability for the month ahead so I could know who is free to work which session and then allocate them

Alternatives Considered

PushPress

Reasons for Choosing TeamUp

Virtuagym claimed their system done a lot more than it actually does and their customer service is absolutely awful. There are tons old glitches in the software and it’s really overly complicated. Worse decision I made going with them

Switched From

Virtuagym

Reasons for Switching to TeamUp

I had previously been with pushpress and they were quite good. I loved to Virtuagym because it offered a lot more including your own branded App but it didn’t provide any of this, so when I moved away I researched other products and saw a lot of positive reviews for TEAMUP

Everything you need in one place to run your Pilates studio with ease. Highly recommend

Our experience using TeamUp has been very positive. The features make running a Pilates studio so much easier. The Customer service team are so helpful and responsive.

Pros

TeamUp is great. It allows us to manage class bookings, take payments, create memberships, and even manage staff, all in one place. The On demand feature is also a great added bonus and allows us to great online membership as well as studio memberships.

Cons

There’s not much I don’t like about TeamUp. I think it would be useful to allow customers to book all of there classes in one go by ticking a box. We allow our customers to book 90 days in advance so it can be quite frustrating for members to go in and out booking one class at a time

Easy to use even if you’re not an expert.

It is really good for getting my clients to sign up and pay for classes easily and efficiently.

Pros

The customer service is fantastic and generally very quick. They were really helpful when I was moving from another platform and are still really helpful with any problems I might have. It is really simple to use. I can put clients on a register very easily and create ongoing reservations

Cons

You can only contact clients via email. A text service would be brilliant. There isn’t an app but you can still use it on your phone
