They've always been able to assist me with whatever I needed, and are endlessly cheerful in doing so. I have a great IT guy who has suggestions and they are open to listening and implementing his ideas, if they already didn't have it in the works. Terrific company\!

> **Cons**: It's a programming issue. When we have a group discount offered, if people mix types of tickets, it doesn't encompass all the tickets. They have to be all the same type for it to work.  This needs to be updated. Otherwise, no complaints.  I love my rep, \[sensitive content hidden\].

And patrons have commented on the ease of buying tickets through Purplepass, not always what we heard before we switched. &#10;&#10;We also appreciate the wide variety of report customization options, because they ensure we can access whatever information we need and present it in whatever form is most useful for communicating with staff, board, or advertisers and funders.&#10;&#10;Probably the feature we appreciate most is the exemplary customer service. Reps respond immediately (and patiently\!) with clear, helpful answers, and the resources in the online help center not only aid with specific issues but offer valuable guidance and tips for improving the ways we do business.
