They've always been able to assist me with whatever I needed, and are endlessly cheerful in doing so. I have a great IT guy who has suggestions and they are open to listening and implementing his ideas, if they already didn't have it in the works. Terrific company\!

> **Cons**: It's a programming issue. When we have a group discount offered, if people mix types of tickets, it doesn't encompass all the tickets. They have to be all the same type for it to work.  This needs to be updated. Otherwise, no complaints.  I love my rep, \[sensitive content hidden\].

We frequently use Purplepass for events especially in and around the bigger cities but the smaller markets are just as easy to integrate with our systems as well.
