> **Pros**: Love the user interface\!  Simple and easy to use.  The control over the printing in a small business can be hard to do cost effectively, Printer Manager Plus allows for the control we needed.  It scales and can grow with us as our printing increases.

> **Cons**: Setting it up was a little frustrating and had to update some hardware.  Overall no real cons that would prevent a recommendation.  Just have to be sure your up to date with all your network patches etc.

> Good\! have not had any real issues that could not be resolved in a very fast manner.  IT could add printers, and move them with no issue in setting them up.  Would recommend this company and their solutions to any small business with more than average print management needs.
