Great value for all the feature Schedulefly offers. It is very easy to use and our team loves how easy it is to use. Being able to create different jobs, request off, offering or picking up shifts can be done easily and manager have to approve shift changes which keeps management in the loop. > > **Cons**: The only thing that I would like to see change is to be able to permanently request off for a fix period. For instance: when employees get their school schedule for the next semester a month before school starts, they cannot permanently request off from the beginning of their semester to the end. Even when they start their permanent requests offs a month later, it will automatically start the request off right away therefore, employees have to manually enter their request offs for every day and time their are in class for each week of the semester. > > We have had questions in the past and every time we sent an email with questions, we always get an answer the same day.
