There are just too many paths to do a single task. The use of roles complicates this even more. Different roles use different paths to do the same thing. When building reports, there are 5-10 different fields to choose from with the same name and many return no information. We were also charged extra for the addition of a few customizations that we needed. There are thousands of hours of training videos, but they all use the base software and many are out of date for the current user interface. > > I like the software, but it needs careful attention during the set-up phase. The internal Oracle implementation team was scattered, constantly changed, and rushed us to go live.
