> **Pros**: When it comes to data storage facility and providing good quality electronic signature then many other products provides the same but when it comes to providing data security and authentication to protect important documents from theft then Sertifi is one of the best.

> **Cons**: One sales manager archived a request he'd sent to a client and I haven't found how to unarchive it - so we have to check the archive folder in case this happens again.

> In the past, accounting would have to call the client for their complete credit card information to key into our PMS system.  With Sertifi, the client can securely send this information and accounting can access it at any time to enter into the PMS system.
