Even though Stratum was initially bought by our Sales organization for their use, our finance organization is able to use Stratum by tailoring data views that enable us to understand the drivers of our monthly sales including customer pricing. While the use and set up are fairly simple, trying to get information from their customer support at times can be like pulling teeth. Getting answers to my issues that turn out to be rather simple solutions often take a day or two of back and forth emails until they finally give me a solution.
