> **Pros**: I love that Subbly is incredibly complex in the back end but is very customer friendly in the front end, is incredibly easy for customers to check out and manage their accounts which increases conversion and reduces amount of customer service related emails.

> **Cons**: It can have a learning curve if you are not familiar with web applications, buildings websites, etc and because it is a very complex application a lot of things could get overlooked or be hard to find, the good news is they have an incredibly responsive customer service and I know I will always find someone available to chat fairly quickly.

> I researched soooo much before picking a platform and I ended up picking Subbly instead of the major competitor because I liked that the subscription model is the main part of Subbly's offering instead of being an integration. I started my mail club 2 months ago with zero followers on social media and I'm now entering my 3rd month in business with 1200 active subscribers\! I'm convinced that if Subbly didn't make the check out process easy and intuitive for the customer I wouldn't be seeing as much success. Thank you Subbly and all the amazing customer service reps who have the patience to explain things to me a million times until I get it\!

> **Pros**: Great response time with queries, awesome UXP, clear dashboard and a nice and stable website.

> **Cons**: Payment systems for customers were a bit clunky back in the day, but one of the great things about Subbly is you can ask them to add options and once enough members ask the same thing they do. Payment systems up to standard of other platforms now.

> Great to work with a company also in start up period. The more established ones may be well built when you join, but you don't get much say in how they progress. When you deal with Subbly team you are dealing with real people, not chatbots. Keeping digital personal.

> Poor customer service, chatbot kept repeating the same response despite my explaining the issue. The survey would not accept a nil response number, so couldnt progress alteration of extras. The conclusion was a brand new client lost.

I also like how responsive the support team has been in answering all of my questions and helping me through any issues I had in a timely manner. I also commend the fact that they have multiple instructional videos explaining how to use the features offered to build your site the right way.
