The platform offers a wide range of features and integrations that help us automate many of our daily tasks and keep our operations organised. I would also particularly like to mention Fatih from the onboarding team. He was fantastic throughout the entire onboarding process. The training sessions were very clear and easy to follow, and he has a great ability to explain even the more complex features in a simple and practical way. He was always friendly, patient, attentive and happy to answer all our questions. Having this level of support made the transition to Hostaway much smoother for us. > > **Cons**: As we are still relatively new to Hostaway, we haven't had enough time to explore the platform in depth and identify any major downsides. So far, the main areas we feel could be improved are related to workflow and ease of use. For example, some changes need to be made directly on the specific booking platform rather than through Hostaway, which can make certain tasks less convenient. Another small frustration is that when we receive a notification for a new guest message and click on it, it takes us to the Hostaway homepage rather than directly to the relevant conversation in the inbox. It would be much more practical if notifications linked straight to the message. The onboarding process has been well structured and surprisingly straightforward, particularly considering the amount of information, properties, reservations and integrations involved in changing channel managers. Customer support has also been excellent. The team has been responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful whenever I've had questions or needed guidance through the setup process. Having that level of support during such a significant transition has made a real difference. I'm also finding the platform intuitive and easy to navigate. There is plenty of functionality behind it, but the day-to-day tools are logical and user-friendly, which has made getting familiar with the system much easier than expected. We're still early in our Hostaway journey, but based on the onboarding, support and ease of use so far, it's been a very positive experience and I'm looking forward to seeing what we can achieve with the platform once everything is fully implemented. > > **Cons**: I haven't been using Hostaway long enough yet to identify anything I particularly dislike.
