Real-time updates and mobile access are also a big advantage, especially for teams working on-site and in the office together.

> **Pros**: Honestly, the biggest thing for me was being able to flag and assign issues on the spot during setup. When you're coordinating a tech event, load-in day is pure chaos — AV teams, vendors, venue staff all doing their thing at once — and having everything logged in one place with photos and timestamps meant nothing slipped through. I didn't have to be the middleman for every problem, I could just assign it to the right person and actually see when it got resolved.

> **Cons**: Honestly the learning curve at the start was a bit much — not everyone on the team is super tech-savvy, and getting everyone onboarded and actually using it consistently took more time than I expected. For fast-paced event environments where you're onboarding new crew for every event, that's a real friction point. A quicker, more intuitive setup process would've made a big difference

> Overall it's been a solid tool once you get past the initial setup. For event coordination specifically, it brought a level of accountability and visibility that you just don't get from WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets. There were rough patches early on getting the team aligned, but once everyone was on board, the day-of experience was noticeably smoother — fewer things falling through the cracks, clearer ownership of issues, and a proper record of everything after the event. It's not perfect, but it genuinely made my job easier on the ground.
