> **Pros**: First of all, is the simplicity of the open-source platform and how easy and quick it is to implement and start using.  The ability for the platform to allow for custom configuration and integrations is also excellent.  The overall cost savings to features compared to other full SaaS CRM platforms is excellent.  We are very happy with the platform and will continue to expand the functionality and integrations.

> **Cons**: I would have liked a bit better up-front email configuration, however, the resources and support for email is excellent.  Not much that we don't like about SuiteCRM.

> The custom configuration and integration with Drupal modules have been great.  We now have real-time data exchanged between our Drupal platform and our CRM.
