The solution allows users to schedule single or recurring events for their organization and share information about the events. SharePoint and Office 365 integration allows employees to see all events from different data sources in a single calendar view.

> **Pros**: With zero coding required, this has been a great addition to our company's success in increasing employee engagement. It is especially helpful that the solution itself contains social features for providing feedback/commenting/etc.  The ability to track and analyze employee engagement is far more effective and can be accomplished across multiple locations and time zones.
