Best software to sell wines

I have been using Subscribility since January and I must say I'm astonished by the software, but also the team behind it. Since Jan, 4 wineries I know have adopted it and love it.

The software:
- at 25$, it's by far the best value!
- our club runs smoothly now (what took days now takes minutes)
- average club sale value has increased by 15%

Their team:
- asks me what I want and they actually listen (that's a first with IT!)
- shows stamina, experience, is super friendly and responsive even to my dumbest questions
- understands and actually cares about my relationship with each my customers

I have had the pleasure of meeting one of the founders and with what he shared with me, I have no doubt Subscribility is going to boost my wine sales moving forward. No doubt.

Seb+Subscribility are just mindblowing

When I first met Seb, I was astonished by his forward thinking and genuine approach to wanting to change our (broken) industry. He talked of compliance, wine education, and the pleasures of wines, all in a way that is perfectly in line our reality.

When I then signed up I could just could not believe the breath of Subscribility, the flexibility around how I decide to run my clubs, and also all the software connected (and included for free!) with the application, like POS/website/accounting nightmare!

I understood that they now have over 200 wineries and breweries using the software and that new features developed are still driven by each of us. wow right? Things are a little rough around the edges for now, but things work, and no doubt it gets better every week!!

Awful company with shameful support & untrustworthy pricing

Notice all the reviews are from 2015. Now it's 2021, stay away.

Pros

It's simple $25 per month club management offering in 2015.

Cons

It's steady stream of price rises that peaked with demands for $350 per month for functions we do and don't need, all with vanishing support. I have one astonishingly long and painful email thread in particular with zero replies from Support and insane levels of dysfunction from 'leadership' there too. We had to leave but with the export function we paid scary sums for had incomplete and misleading data, resullting in further significant losses. Overall, we would have been FAR better off with other software, or even Excel, or even paper compared to this nonsense. Very happily moved now to a new supplier and long overdue sanity, value and support.

Software is spot on and the business behind it very switched on

I have heard in the industry that the blackbxx guys and also vin suite are both keeping an eye on this software. All I can say is they should be scared! This is by far the cheapest and also best suited platform.

We've been using Subscribility for over 6 months now and our members love it, we love it! They have understood how wine clubs actually run and don't try to run things for you.

The software is perfect for keeping track of members, their details, and their purchases and everything else is achieved via connected software, like wordpress, xero and mailchimp. Clever business.

The folks at Subscribility also listen to what we have to say, and within weeks, sometimes within days, we get notification that the new features were implemented. This is just brilliant.

Best value for money!

We have reviewed and tested so many software solution and Subscribility is the only one putting customers as a centerpiece, with online transaction, clubs and membership, cellar door and wine show apps revolving around customers. In other words, this is not a CRM adapted to wineries, or eCommerce tailored to sell wine, it's a customer intelligence tool, with membership tracking capabilities.

Plus the guys behind it are tech-savvy folks, really listening to what I had to say and improvements were released within 2 weeks. Finally an intelligent bunch not pretending they know best!
