> **Pros**: Skills Base facilitates the ability to identify and display the existing skills within our team with ease. It helps us monitor and evaluate each person’s potential efficiently and thus the workforce management and planning becomes easier and more accurate in the entire company.

> **Cons**: One functional problem that I experienced was the issue with the update sync where once in a while the skills across the different categories were not in harmony. The platform could be improved with better synchronization of data where it appears in all sets of skills.
