Their team was extremely responsive and helpful every step of the way. They were even willing to negotiate prices and helped us expedite service access\! Blanca is a breath of fresh air too\! I appreciated how secure the tool was to ensure no one could use it if a device was left on a table. Online research lead us to Expo Pass, which turned out to be a great choice to fulfill our event needs. Website was rather easy and intuitive to navigate and if there were problems, the Expo Pass support team was ready to help. All the necessary hardware was sent as planned and everything worked well throughout the 3-day event. Self check-in was easy and on-site registrations also worked well. Users of the kiosks for check-in/name badge printing and on-site registrations exclaimed how well everything worked. > > **Cons**: Had an issue setting-up the registration form on the user website. Recommendations from support attempted to remedy the problem, but self-help guides were repetitive and standard responses. It took several attempts to correct the problem.
