I opted for the free trial because I was previously using a different booking site. I wanted to try GlossGenius and when my free trial was over, it automatically selected a pricey plan when I only wanted the basic $24 subscription. I had to go in and change my plan after already paying $50 some dollars. > > Yesterday I had $235 come out of my account when I decided to check my email, someone from a different state who was not me logged into my account and made the purchase I assume. I chatted with the help bot and asked if there was a customer service number I could call. The bot said no although the email regarding the suspicious login did have a phone number. I tried calling this phone number (within its operating hours) and the bot on the phone told me I called while the line was not in operation. I ended up having to settle with my bank and getting a new card. Later on in the day, after putting a ticket in explaining what had happened with my account, I got an email explaining how switching subscriptions will automatically bill the subscription I switch to, which had absolutely nothing to do with what I said, so overall poor costumer service. I’m very upset with this expirenced because I absolutely loved every other aspect of the app\!
