One Step GPS is Awesome!
One Step GPS has been the perfect solution for our household. It allows us to keep tabs on where our vehicles are and where they have traveled. And the price is much more affordable than other GPS/fleet products.
Pros
One Step GPS is highly functional with an affordable price. Users can customize key settings, and the product is easy to use. The historical playback is awesome!
Cons
One thing that would be great is if users could set their update speed, i.e. 5 second updates, 10 second updates, etc.

Exactly what you need.
Excellent - product to customer service is profound.
Pros
We have been using One Step GPS for over 3 years.
As the person who monitors the GPS for the company, I can tell you that I have rarely had any issues with the units.
When I did have a few minor issues, or needed information, it was easily found within the help section or I simply do a message chat with One Step. They are helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and polite.
I could not recommend them enough!
Cons
Reloading several times a day is the only issue I have.

Really Great Service and People!
Amazing! They are attentive and have aided in everything we have been doing.
Pros
I think they have a great staff and pay a great deal of attention to their customers. All the updates they have had on their system are helpful to the customer and how a fleet should run.
Cons
I think the system edit details are a little clunky. While not impossible, I would like to see the edit details for my fleet as a sidebar option, not a complete menu change.

One Step GPS - Affordable & Easy to Use
Very good - low maintenance and easy to use.
Pros
User-Friendly, Price is great, tells us good information and is customizable which is great! Accurate! Keeps track of drivers, can keep track of mileage & Maintenance schedules for vehicles. A lot of information available with the new One Step GPS version.
Cons
Maybe put settings in a separate section than on the left bottom so it is easier to spot and access? Other than that, I like how customizable it is!

One Step is the way to go for vehicle tracking.
Having One step GPS has changed the way I track my drivers and has helped hold them accountable for their time spent on the road. I used to use Geo Tab and that service was not great at all, One step has certainly been a huge improvement.
Pros
Real time tracking is great, I love being able to see my drivers at all time as well as their speed. I love being able to see if they break hard or take a corner to hard. being able to see how long they stop and where is a great feature for me.
Cons
Theres not too many cons to One step. All the features work good and are very helpful to me.

The BEST GPS system!
As an on-demand delivery service owner, it's been a game changer! Very beneficial and well worth the value!
Pros
The app is super user friendly and easy to navigate. Always shows in real time exactly where my drivers are and makes it easier to dispatch with that knowledge. Furthermore can give vehicle codes for errors.

One Step GPS Review
Our experience has been positive, and it's something we use on a daily basis for a variety of reasons.
Pros
One Step GPS supports our business in many ways, from the basics of fleet tracking to helping us achieve specific safety and efficiency goals. The live chat and support team have been extremely helpful, and I want to give a special shout-out to [sensitive content hidden]. She consistently goes above and beyond to assist us when we have questions. On one occasion, when she couldn’t reach our team directly, she proactively sent a video and screenshots to quickly help us resolve an issue she had identified. This level of support is exceptional and far from the norm. It truly makes a positive difference in our customer experience, and we appreciate it.
Cons
Videos are not always saved, which means critical footage could be lost or unavailable unless you have access to the SD card. However, in many cases, SD cards may not be accessible, available, or even locatable when they're needed the most. We've also experienced issues with system alerts, including glitches that caused erroneous notifications. Fortunately, the team investigated these problems and identified the root cause.
For mounting the cameras, we initially used the sticky pads, but they proved ineffective in our climate as they lost adhesion quickly. The suction cups have been a better alternative but we're still getting feedback those do not always stick either.
I really appreciate the reports feature, but I know I’m not using the reports as effectively as I want to. If report-focused webinars are already available, I’m not sure where to locate them, so it would be helpful to offer reminders on where to find them or webinar sessions (possibly featuring real customers or fleet managers) to demonstrate how they set up and use reports to address common challenges for their company. For instance, these webinars could highlight how the One Step Report is being used to monitor behaviors, send automated messages, or track and improve undesirable trends. I feel this feature is likely a key part of what makes One Step such a valuable option for businesses, and I’d like to use it to its full potential. Without someone guiding me, it would take a long time to figure out how to use it effectively on my own.

One Step GPS is a great company.
One Step GPS systems are great for our small company. We are able to keep track of where our technicians are during the day. This provides safety features both for our company and technicians. The dashcams are a wonderful asset as well. Much needed in today's society. We are very pleased with the customer service we get from One Step as well. Always very responsive to any questions or issue that may arise during a business day.

A Great Tracking App and getting better all the time
I have grown with One Step GPS over the past 3 years. I have learned the system better myself while they have made constant improvements
Pros
I love the accessibility of the information. I can access this from any computer or smart phone as well from the app. the information is easy to understand and makes for tracking my 4 vehicles very easy. We have only recently begun to use the maintenance tracking system within this program
Cons

Technicians who spend 90% of their time in the field often forget to dispatch or clock-in/out. Being able to see their history from site to site helps keep track of proper job costing/labor charges.

Great product for entry level vehicle tracking needs
No comlaints with service. Product has been great for vehicle tracking for the most part.
Pros
It is great for real time vehicle tracking. It has come in handy when vehicle data is needed.
Cons
When you try to pull history of a vehicle trip the app and website will crash if the timeline is too large. I have had situations where I need to gather large amounts of tracking data on trips and end up having to shorten the length/ timeline of the search sometimes to 5 days in order for the tracking data to load and not crash the app or website. Crash alerts do not seem to work and engine codes are hit or miss.

One Step GPS Dashcams
We have over 20 of their cameras and they have helped us keep an eye on our drivers, some needed some retraining others really do drive safely. Being able to track our drivers routes and review how they are driving is great for our safety and our time clock.
Pros

Exactly what I need
One Step has been a great company to work with over the years. Their equipment has never let me down.
Pros
The GPS was very easy to install in my vehicles. I cost per unit is very reasonable. Since I've installed my One Step I have had many other GPS service providers call me asked to switch. None of them have come close to the price I have from One Step. They had more bells and whistles but I don't need all that. I'm perfectly satified with what One Step provides.
Cons
I really don't have any cons. The service is exactly what I need. Maybe a future improvement could be a battery back up that could last 24-48 hours incase someone disconnects the vehicle battery.

middle of the road. We cant switch now because we need the valuable reporting it offers.
Pros
I am able to track my trucks when needed and set up alerts for things like speed and PTO activations. It does the job it's supposed to do.
Cons
The reporting is more complicated than it needs to be. We have to install units ourselves. There are no alerts when a unit stops working or has been oos for an extended period of time. There's no way for us to add the GPS map to our office tv without mirroring from a computer. If I have to use a computer to mirror I may as well not have it on the big screen.

STOP SEARCHING! This is where you need to be for GPS!
10/10 stars! The customer service is fantastic, and the camera systems have been great for training and insurance purposes. But 100% the ease of installation and use is amazing. And the price is great! Im thinking of getting these for my personal vehicles too.
Pros
All of the features! This is a fantastic service for the price. It takes the majority of worry off my plate. I always know where my fleet vehicles are, as well as how long they are there, and if my drivers are "ahem" doing what they are supposed to be doing! I know my equipment is safe, and I dont have to remember when we had oil changes last. Plus I love the fact that I can send my teams short msgs.

We have a small number of vehicles in our fleet, but we need much of the same oversight and key metrics that any bigger operation does. One Step GPS provides a great product at a tolerable price-point. I also love NOT being tied up in a long service contract. We can always right-size our usage of One Step GPS, thank you!
Pros

Cons
Sometimes it can take more time that I believe should be necessary to figure out how to accomplish my fleet monitoring goals, but I also understand that since I don't live in the on the One Step GPS portal 8-hours a day, I'm not as familiar with all the settings and functionality.

Landscape Companies continued Investment
The overall experience has been great and very impressed with continued ROI.
The service has also been great and looking to expand our units in 2025!
Pros
The accuracy and amount of information you can get back not only with vehicle tracking but also vehicle diagnostics is incredible.
Cons
The vehicle plug in units tend to get bumped or fall out.
It would be great if these units just game with or had the built in harness with the tracker. Save on the upfront cost.

2 out of three is not what we are paying for
As an non-profit, we really keep up on the condition of our 34-vehicle fleet. We need every vehicle very well maintained for a long life. We don't want to keep replacing vehicles, rather than fulfilling our mission statement. Helping seniors in our community.
Pros
The trackability and adheres driving. And it helps the drivers to keep knowing they are being kept an eye on them.
Cons
The integration between GPS and Feetio. One time I came up with an oil Chage 4,000 miles overdue. We have had to go to 34 vehicles and get real time ODO. Not all of my vehicles come back to base, we service our entire county. I thought that's what I am paying for.

Love this app!
Love it. I am able to track all of my trucks real time and it was great when we got into an accident as the live video feed was able to save us with insurance due to use being hit.
Pros
Very user friendly and the customer support is always available and willing to help.
Cons
Sometimes the live video feed lags a bit.

Great Product for an Affordable Price
The GPS devices were easy to install. They track with great accuracy and they the way the connect to the vehicles computer had made tracking maintenance on our vehicles a breeze. When we have had any small issue with a unit, the technical support staff have been fast and helpful.
Pros
The ease of setting up and building the reports that meat our needs.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't found a downside. In the beginning we had a few units that stopped working and had to be replaced, but since that time they have been perfectly with no issues.

Gret system
It has been very good, when ever I need another device they have it on the way often the same day. The cost is considerably less than the system we were using previously and offers more features.
Pros
The units were very easy to set up and install.
Cons
I don't really have any cons, the only thing I can say is that it would be nice to see the maintenance status when for instance the change oil indicator in the truck comes on.
