They do need to do a better job of security and notifying when accounts have been illegally accessed. The rent due shows the rent due for the next 30 days and no way to just show the current rent due so on the 2nd or 3rd of the month if a tenant or landlord looks at whats due it would show the current months rent plus the next months rent which is confusing. Also they charge the tenants a fee of $1.00 for ACH payments which most of my landlords would be willing to cover although there is no way to assign the fees to each landlords properties. I would have to cover them, and then have to generate an invoice to each landlord to get reimbured for the fees.
