Even for someone with limited experience with messaging systems, the simplicity of the platform makes it user-friendly, really. Sometimes it took more than I thought to get a response to questions or problems, which can be taxing when trying to remain ahead of classes or coordinate with peers. Even for someone like me without a technical background, the software is remarkably simple to use. You just have to see it.
