> VAIL-Plant is a fully certified asset performance management solution designed for oil \& gas, power and petrochemical industry, which facilitates inspection and maintenance management cycles by using RBI, RCM, SIL and FMECA approaches. It ensures the company’s asset health/performance and enables plant operators to improve overall control of their asset condition by optimizing inspection, asset monitoring and linking to their maintenance systems.


The solution has been designed in accordance with industry standards and is certified to meet the requirement of Industry Standards API 580, ASME B31.8S and IEC61508, ensuring the integrity of software. It is also SAP-certified for integration with the SAP ERP system.


Based on a modular approach, VAIL-Plant helps maintain history and records, evaluates assets' condition and identifies high-risk assets. It prevents plants from damage and corrosion, prioritizes and manages the efforts of an inspection program and calculates the man-hour resource planning.


The software is equipped with a graphical dashboard, providing an overview of integrity parameters, key metric trends, alerts, condition monitoring, root cause analysis, ECR models and risk assessment. Other features include bulk loading, user list view, drawings attachments, standard and ad-hoc reporting, role-based configurations and much more.
