It's also nice that you can continue the engagement with the employee throughout the process. I like that I get various alerts—Slack, email, etc. > > **Cons**: I wish the custom questions portion was a bit clearer. > > Spot easily allows any employee to report an instance of workplace harassment, discrimination, or other inappropriate conduct. They can file these reports anonymously or not—or identify themselves later in the process, if they so choose. The recipient can engage and re-engage with the submitter, including letting them know how they chose to address the situation in question. It solves a problem that we all wish we didn't have, but know we do. This is what primarily attracted us to the software as we have experienced difficulty and frequent reluctance in the past by individuals who might file a report because they could not remain anonymous. > > **Cons**: The only thing we experienced early in our use of the software was that we were unable to return to view our responses to reporters. We mentioned this and believe that this situation may have been corrected but we have not had an instance to go through this recently so not sure for now. This allows us to respond to those who have filed the reports and take action against the accused when warranted.
