Effective Hiring Instrument with Potential for Customization Enhancements
I've had a good overall experience with ApplicantStack. The technology has greatly expedited the hiring process by streamlining the administration of job ads, tracking of applications, and communication between hiring teams and candidates. Time has been saved and manual labor has decreased because to its user-friendly interface and automation features. Still, there are certain things that might be done better, including making the reporting tools more user-friendly and offering more customization possibilities. ApplicantStack has shown to be a useful tool in the hiring process, leading to more effective and coordinated recruiting, despite these little limitations.
Pros
The user-friendly layout of ApplicantStack, which facilitates a quicker and more effective hiring process, is one of my favorite features. Time is saved greatly by having the option to automate repetitive processes and modify workflows. Furthermore, the integrated communication tools facilitate communication between recruiting teams and candidates, increasing teamwork. Robust reporting options enable comprehensive insights into the hiring process, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Cons
The fact that some of the pre-built templates have few modification choices makes it difficult to completely customize the system to meet unique demands, which is one feature of ApplicantStack that I liked least. Furthermore, even though the reporting tool is powerful, there is occasionally a learning curve associated with it, making it difficult to fully employ. It could also be more seamless for certain users to integrate with other HR systems, as data synchronization between platforms occasionally necessitates extra effort.

Elizabeth Hakim's 12/12/2024 ApplicantStack Review
In general, ApplicantStack is fairly user friendly and intuitive. Fore the most part, we've been pleased with the amount of programming for the price.
Pros
I really appreciate the program's cost effectiveness and how useful ApplicantStack is for small to mid-sized companies
Cons
I didn't like the fact that ApplicantStack doesn't have a reference check program or a vendor partner (like Harver). It would also be nice if client support contact information was listed on the main screen after login. Finally, I wish we could reset applicants' passwords to the system ourselves.

HR Coordinator
Overall, it is user friendly and self explanatory.
Pros
Easy to send onboarding and view applicants.
Cons
The process to move the applicant from Interview to hire for onboarding. Also, if i have to manually put someone in to issue onboarding. The way onboarding is viewed on the applicants end with medical questionnaire confuses them often. So does the direct deposit form. Sometimes the applicants do not roll over to the Wellsky and there is no clear reason why.

Meets all our needs
It has been a life saver. So easy to post jobs to public job boards and edit and make changes.
Pros
It is easy to use. Very adaptable to different situations. We love the program because even when people are not good with electronic applications, we can provide a paper one and upload it and still use the ATS system. It is also VERY cost effective!
Cons
I can't really think of anything at the moment. It seems to do everything we need it to do.

Absolutely amazing and a must have for any recruiter!
Having ApplicantStack has made recruiting so much easier and more productive. Quality and quantity, then the follow up that the automated system does? Very amazing. Thank you so much!
Pros
Applicant stack keeps our employment ads active and reposted on multiple job boards. The follow up email and texting features with our designated "Myla" has worked wonders for our applicant flow.
Cons
Duplicate applicant entries in our AxisCare system. But I will gladly take that over no applicants at all!
Reasons for Switching to ApplicantStack
