The Hospitality Industry has been waiting on a PMS cloud based system like this to come along for a long time. I was provided with a webX demo, "Simply Amazing". From the first stroke, the ease of use; the flow of using the system to make reservations, from the folio's, amenities sections, . on and on :The product is so easily customized to the individual property.. life just got a whole lot easier (manageable) for the GM, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance etc. And the REPORTS are incredible. The people providing support are the best with whom I have ever dealt, and you'll quickly discover that if something is not operating the way you'd like they will work diligently to find a resolution. I can honestly say I've never had such cooperation from a software provider. I highly recommend this software.
