I like how all the modules work together from project management all the way to financial reporting. > > **Cons**: Human customer support is top notch, but, if the call is after hours or weekends, speaking with a human seems to no longer be an option and instead I'm forced to try and solve my issues with a useless AI bot. By the time I've contacted support, I've already tried to solve the issue six ways from Sunday as I am very familiar with how the software works, so a call is usually my last resort and going around in circles with AI doesn't do it for me, especially given we pay upwards of $15,000 for the gold tier support.
