Only after my employees complained that they can't use it and I emailed Hoppier did I got the answer of why not. With a bunch of emails then back-and-forth, 3 people of Hoppier were unable to either cancel the limitation I put on my purchase (i.e. to open it up to my employees to use it on and vendor on not just the ones I selected), or to cancel the whole transaction all together. I eventually gave up as no-one were able to help, but also never gave me a clear indication that they can't. I was just always transferred to someone new that couldn't read the mail trail and I then had te re-explain everything again. > > Not great - which is sad, cause I think it's a great service.
