Sophisticated” I have been using GoTo Meeting for several years and I can assure you that it is a fairly complete software, without time and location limits. I like each of its features that make it unique about this video conferencing tool. With GoTo Meeting I have achieved excellent meetings with many people at the same time and its HD audio and video remain 100% clear during meetings, highlighting that it allows meeting recording, very convenient for members who cannot join meetings.

GoTo Meeting is an affordable and reliable app for video calls and conferences.
The app pretty much always works as expected. Anything that does arise can be expedited by using the 24/7 phone support. Setup was minimal even for me as an account holder. Clients aren't required to create an account and GoTo Meeting is available on every platform I'm aware of. All of the tools and features are easy to use. The interface is simple, also easy to use.
Personally, I love the unlimited storage GoTo Meeting provides. Saving the call recording is important and useful to me. The saved files are easy to find as well. Multiple users and/or devices are permitted under one subscription. In app messaging and Private Messaging is something else I really love. Another standout feature for me was the fade feature with the on screen pen. I can highlight a portion of my screen, then without further action it will fade and the client can see the whole screen without obstruction. It's also worth mentioning that I can share my entire screen or only a specific window.

GoTo Meeting is affordable, however I wish there were a broader range of plans. I pay for features I don't really need just to get the unlimited cloud storage. I'd prefer to see it available as an add on to the standard plan. While it's not something I use often, I do want a good whiteboard added in GoTo.

GoTo Meeting offers us with very fantastic video and audio qualities which makes our conversations very clear and seamless. The background noise suppression tool allows us to eliminate any disruptions from the background noise. GoTo Meeting has excellent presentations tools like screen sharing and live chatting that allows us to have very lively presentation sessions.

For me, a savvy app navigator, I was able to get through relatively easily and work the basic functions like chat. The ability to directly message others is beneficial, but I had to explain to the other that they need to switch back to the main meeting in order to chat with the entire group (she responded to me vice the group from a group questions).

As mentioned earlier, sometimes, audio can cut out or sound robotic. These issues are usually temporary. This may not have anything to do with GoTo Meeting and could be any number of connection issues on the instructor’s side,, on my side, bad ISP, etc. There’s just no way to know for sure. Go meeting make it exceptionally difficult to cancel your subscription. Whilst you can sign up online, you cannot cancel online and have to go through their telephone support system. Expect to wait 30 to 60 minutes and then expect to be bounded between departments - without doubt its their strategy to keep charging your card year after year. The software is extremely glitchy and will often fail within meetings. Just a very poor company all round.

Integration with outlook at times look tricky. I had used MS teams and Zoom and the integration with MS outlook seems seamless. Because of remote work, setting meetings is a very important part of the job. And it should be super seamless when it comes to setting those up.
