> PactCentral is a secure cloud-based VDR platform that stores and shares all confidential documents with third parties. Replacing traditional data rooms, PactCentral streamlines document collaboration by providing advanced editing tools for dynamic watermarking, redactions, e-signing capabilities, area highlighting, and built-in commenting. 


With PactCentral, users can create and manage multiple projects from a single access point, which can be tracked for internal compliance using the audit log. In-app messaging allows users, attached to a single project, to collaborate on any document without having to use external communication tools. Advanced search capabilities enable users to pinpoint the exact location of any document using keywords or search filters. Additionally, PactCentral automatically notifies all stakeholders whenever a file has been created or altered. 


For administrative control, advanced users can set-up user roles and define permissions for any project or document. All project and data room activity can be viewed using high-level analytics and detailed reporting.


PactCentral ensures that all data stored is completely secured and compliant with 256-bit file encryption, customer-managed encryption keys, and HIPAA and GDPR compliance.
