> **Pros**: Love that everything is automated. After every transaction, you can choose how long afterwards for the automatic review request to send. A couple minutes, hours, whatever. I love the look of berthing is general. The user side and the customer side - it’s very clean and professional looking. You can also manually send the requests if you don’t went to have them sent automatically. Just a few seconds to put the customers name and phone and/or email, and done. You can also upload all your previous customers database to send them review requests. And you can set it up, for future customers, that it automatically creates/uploads their contact info in your true review dashboard automatically, so no need to upload any future customers to your database manually after the initial set up. Since using this software for about the past month, I’ve gotten tons of reviews for my solo operated business and it’s been fantastic\! Besides the platform itself being great, perhaps the best part was how helpful \[sensitive content hidden\] was with the initial set up. He was very helpful and made it very easy and quick to get things rolling, within the same day. He did pretty much everything for me. He was excellent with email and phone call communication, very polite and professional, I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service. I looked at over 10 similar review platforms and did plenty of demos. TrueReview was the easiest and best looking and best working in my opinion. Save yourself some time and go with these guys at TrueReview, I think you’ll be very happy with the service\! 10 out of 10 for me\!
